While addressing the U.S. patent practice, the talk mostly focuses on strategic options for offshore development, including offshore incentives, tax issues and the international market, and the benefits of I.P. A business model of cross-border developments and I.P. transfer is also discussed as well as advice on licensing terms and country selection.
